The Home Buying Process

The first step is to determine how much you can afford. The best way to do this is to become pre-qualified for a mortgage through a lender that you trust.  If you do not currently have a preferred lender, I would be happy to connect you with a professional that I trust and partner with regularly.  This vital first step will save you a great deal of time by focusing your search on properties that are within your financial scope.

After pre-qualification comes the fun part: looking at homes. First, and most importantly, we will site down over coffee or a cocktail or at your dining room table and discuss the things that are most important to you in a home.  Then, I will go to work finding a list of homes that fit your needs and schedule viewings.  As we visit properties, I will teach you that buying a home is really a process of ELIMINATION, not selection.
